When he is offered a strange opportunity to invest his apartment with a company that uses it as a temporary furniture storage, in exchange for cash payments with each transfer, he believes that luck has finally smiled upon him. Money flows into his bank account with little effort, and the deal seems an unexpected savior. But what begins as an easy and quick solution quickly turns into a suffocating nightmare, pushing him to seek salvation at any cost. This is a novel with few characters and events, yet it is open to more than one interpretation, and it raises deep questions about exploitation, capitalism, and the struggles of contemporary man. From its first lines, the reader becomes engrossed in trying to uncover the fate that awaits this citizen.
Dimitris Sotakis: Born in Athens in 1973. He has published ten novels and a collection of short stories. His books have been nominated for numerous literary awards in Greece, and in 2009 he received the "Athens Literature Award" for his novel "The Miracle of Breathing". The book was also nominated for the European Union Prize for Literature and the Jean Monnet Prize in France. His works have been translated into multiple languages, including French, Italian, Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Turkish, Serbian, and others.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
