Quranic compass

The duality of personality, which is part of our present and past, is told to us in the Holy Quran. It is a compass that indicates at one time that we are in the era of ignorance and at another that we are in the era of Islam. If we delve deeper into the revelation of what happened in the past and what is happening in the present, we find how Islam, as values, treatment, humanity, and peace, was hijacked into fanaticism, the elimination of others, bloodshed, hatred, disloyalty, usurpation of the rights of others, violation of sanctities, social and administrative corruption, bribery, etc. Is it possible for all these inhuman phenomena to come together in a Muslim and for him to perform his religious duties as if he were at the highest levels of piety? This duality is what the Muslim has carried from the past when Islam, as values, treatment, love, and peace, was hijacked. However, interaction with the Quran is not necessarily limited to stirring the tear glands, which we imagine is the most important manifestation of the heart's humility. Interaction with the Quran, which was originally revealed for a people of reason, must influence the mind, thought, and method of thinking, and the way we deal with the vocabulary of daily life and its abstractions.
