This process is an emotional state that overtakes you when you encounter a problem, making you believe that your problem is beyond your capacity to bear. You feel helplessness and collapse when the problem occurs, and you continue to describe it with exaggerated negative terms that do not match its true size. These are excessive descriptions that exist only in your imagination, increasing your pain and magnifying your suffering. Then what?! ... Then you drown in a feeling of spiritual breakdown and complete psychological exhaustion, you feel lost and completely unable to resist, you surrender to your pain, and your whole life collapses because of this problem.

Psychological fragility also manifests in other forms in our daily interactions: we magnify our emotions and make them the final arbiter of almost everything, and we decide to withdraw from anything that hurts our feelings, even with a simple word. We hate criticism of our ideas because criticism has become like an attack to us. We love to resort to psychologists for every negative feeling in our lives and rush to them seeking treatment. We do not accept advice and do not want anyone to judge us. We make excuses for any mistake or crime under the pretext that the perpetrator is psychologically distressed.

This book, then, analyzes what happens to a group of young men and women who have been affected by the phenomenon of psychological fragility, and then offers practical proposed solutions to strengthen the self and train it in patience and responsibility.
