The book of girls’ sorrows’ diaries consists of private and safe pages, in which the girl writes daily what saddens her, and at the end of the day she reflects on the sorrows that have befallen her, tries to understand them, and thinks about ways to deal with them, and at the end of each month we present to the girl a number of questions that, by answering them, she can understand the reasons for her sorrows, and determine successful ways to defeat her sorrows... The book of girls’ sorrows’ diaries achieves many goals, including: achieving safe relief for worries and feelings; So the girl writes down her sorrows instead of telling them to those whose trustworthiness she cannot guarantee. Then the girl contemplates her sorrows, analyzes and understands them every month, and works to defeat them. She lives with a calm soul, a reassured heart, and a cheerful chest. She achieves many accomplishments in her life, lives happily, and makes those around her happy.
