Author's name: Mustafa Sadiq Al-Rafe'i

The author was inspired by the character of the Lebanese girl he loved, which inspired his conversation with the moon. He wanted to teach students the art of rhetoric and composition through that conversation. In this book, the author brings the moon down from the heavens so that they can see in it the image of the beloved, in a style that reveals the most precious pearls in the art of composition. He takes the face of the moon as a sign in which he refutes the evidence of the aesthetic miracle in this divine existence. In his conversation with the moon, he inspires the student’s tongue with the most wonderful compositional expressions. The author succeeded in choosing the moon to depict on its page the creativity of the Creator and draw from its beauty human, moral, and religious values. This is because the moon, residing in the horizon of the night, is the best friend to whom the soul entrusts its pains and sorrows.
