A collection of fifteen stories for teaching reading to young children. The average number of words per page is two, and the average number of words in a story is fourteen to twenty words.
The story texts include the 100 most common kindergarten words. These words make up a large part of the sentence structure used in a child's daily life. They are also the most frequently repeated and common words in texts directed at young children and are sometimes called "sight words."
These words should be encouraged for young children to learn and master. They have been suggested and recommended for mastery by the Abu Dhabi Education Council and are in line with common words provided by many educational institutions.
These one hundred common words were divided into fifteen stories, and then the stories were divided into three groups, each group consisting of five stories containing thirty-four to thirty-three words, and their cover has a distinctive color. In each story, there are between six and seven common words colored in red.
These words are collected on the last two pages of each story.
While reading the story, we encourage the child to participate in reading these words, then we train him to review and master them. In this way, the child acquires a linguistic vocabulary that helps him read quickly and confidently.
