The author of the book said: My method in research is to begin with Al-Mughni in every instance, and if I do not find it sufficient, I supplement it with the rest of the Hanbali books, then I follow that with the other schools of thought.
The other three—the Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafi'i schools—followed by commentary, discussion, and weighing of evidence in light of established proofs, all of which was then followed by a legal opinion.
Focusing on what contradicts Islamic jurisprudence and Sharia.
After completing the main sections of the topic, I will dedicate a section to contemporary application.
