Introduction to the Principles of Jurisprudence

In this book, which is before us, the author summarized in its introduction and chapters the discussions of the scholars of the principles of jurisprudence in their extensive works on the science of the principles of jurisprudence. He dealt with the topics with ease of expression, provided many examples, and linked the branches to the origins so that students of the principles of jurisprudence would grasp the evidence and justification while reviewing the established principles of their school of thought. They would then know the evidence for these rulings and understand the aspects of evidence for these rulings. In the first chapter, the author defined the science of the principles of jurisprudence, presented its precautions, and included some aspects that would come under it. He devoted the second chapter to the ten principles of the science of the principles of jurisprudence. In the third chapter, the author clarified the relationship between the science of jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence, debate, and disagreement. He concluded the chapters of the book in the seventeenth chapter with ijtihad, taqlid, the mufti, and the one who asks a fatwa.
