I died empty

Todd Henry was inspired to write his book during a business meeting when an American manager asked the attendees: "What is the richest land in the world?" One person replied: "The oil-rich Gulf countries." Another added: "The diamond mines in Africa." The manager then responded: "No, it's the graveyard! Yes, the graveyard is the richest land in the world because millions of people have gone there [i.e., died] carrying many valuable ideas that never saw the light of day, and no one benefited from them." This answer inspired Todd Henry to write his excellent book, "Die Empty," in which he made every effort to motivate people to unleash their ideas and latent energies into their communities and transform them into something tangible before it's too late. The most beautiful thing Todd Henry said in his book was: "Don’t go to your grave with your best work still inside you. Choose always to die empty."
