Finally, the book “Rawdat Al-Uqalaa and Nuzhat Al-Fudalaa” has been published - edited by Mustafa Al-Saqa, by Abu Hatim Muhammad bin Hibban Al-Busti.
He is one of the most prominent hadith scholars of the fourth century AH. Al-Sabti died in the year 354 AH.
Yaqut al-Hamawi mentioned a long biography of him in his Dictionary of Countries, and the scholar al-Subki al-Misri mentioned him in “The Great Classes of the Shafi’is.”
He was concerned with uncovering the secret of Wubast, to which Abu Hatim is attributed, and it is a town in Fars in the Sijistan region.
It is one of the major cities of knowledge in Persia. A group of great scholars emerged from it, the most famous of whom is Abu Hatim ibn Hibban.
In his time, Persia and Khorasan were full of centers of Islamic culture, and teeming with scholars, especially hadith and religious scholars.

According to the book's editor, the third and fourth centuries were among the greatest centuries of Islamic culture.
The most prominent features of the culture of these two centuries were: first, the tendency to investigate in collecting materials of Islamic sciences,
Not being satisfied with what was written by scholars of the first and second centuries in the branches of knowledge,
Therefore, comprehensive books appeared in them, which are similar to encyclopedias, in the abundance of their material.
Its purposes are broad and it includes all aspects of every science, including: in hadith, Musnad al-Imam Hamad, and Sahih al-Bukhari.

And the history is his, and the history of men is by Al-Bukhari, Al-Basti and others, and in the language: Jamharat Ibn Duraid, and Al-Bare’ by Abu Ali Al-Qali,
