Introduction to the Ninth Edition
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions, and those who follow his guidance.
Now then...
This ninth edition of my book: “Facilitating Access to the Principles of Jurisprudence and the Complexities of Chapters” contains a few additions. Among the features of this edition is comparing the text of “Principles of Jurisprudence” with the manuscript once again, in addition to the printed version of Sheikh Muhammad Jamal al-Din al-Qasimi (d. 1332), with a review of “Rawdat al-Nazir and its Summary” and some books of the Hanbalis and others when there is a problem, and this was followed by amendments.
The explanation is consistent with what was amended in the annotated text, which is minimal compared to the book. In some places, I have benefited from the latest edition of "The Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence," which was edited by Dr. Anas bin Adel Al-Yatama and Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Adnan Al-Eidan, due to the mastery they have put into it. May God reward them with His grace and generosity.
