Atlas of Religions

Author: Ismail Raji Al-Farouqi

A book that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional writing to present a comprehensive and in-depth encyclopedia of the history of Islamic civilization and its widespread influence, starting from its earliest roots and extending to its influence extending to the East and West. This atlas represents a rich intellectual journey that highlights Islam in the context of civilizations, reviewing the foundations of Islam and its most important principles, and shedding light on the principle of monotheism as the essence and foundation of Islam.
This book is not only a unique guide to understanding Islam and the historical context in which it was born. It is also replete with more than 300 photographs, drawings, and other illustrations, along with nearly 75 original maps. What the authors present in this book is, in fact, Islam speaking for itself. The book presents the essence of Islamic civilization in all its aspects, from the daily practices of Muslims to Islam's heritage in the arts, sciences, law, politics, and philosophy.
This book is an essential addition to public and private libraries, and a rich and valuable resource for all those interested in Islam in general, as it provides a clear and detailed historical vision of Islam, documenting the facts of a religion followed by approximately a quarter of the world's population.
