It may be a coincidence - but it is more likely not - that the book begins with a man whose achievements in his field (physics) were greater than those of any other person in the book, and ends with Kim Kardashian, a woman who has mastered the art of self-marketing to the point that she has created a new model in which achieving fame is not linked to traditional standards of achievement.
