This book remains the most popular coaching book in universities and training programs around the world, offering a unique approach to conducting deep and impactful conversations with others. Although it was translated from English to Arabic and was not my own author, I consider it unique in its content, objectives, and results. My journey into coaching began in mid-2009. The first course I attended was a training course in "The Fundamentals of Interactive Coaching" in Dubai. The course was taught by instructors certified by the authors of this book, which uses an interactive methodology that captivated me from day one. When I read the book in English and grasped some of its profound meanings regarding how to help others change and conduct effective conversations with those seeking change and development, I dreamed of the day when we would be able to translate this book's methodology and diverse benefits to all beneficiaries, from practitioners to officials and leaders. And ensuring that the context is consistent with the legal and cognitive aspects, so that it is an honest addition to the Arabic library, not a professional or training slippage in any way. I was and still am a researcher of the meaning of change, its methods and challenges, and I found in this book some answers to important questions about the landmarks of the path of change. As for the path of translation from other languages, on the other hand, especially in the age of open knowledge space that requires knowledge and successive reading. Here we seek a pause from every loving reader who will peruse the contents of this book - or something similar - not to be stingy with advice and guidance whenever we deviate from the right path or stray from the correct goal or correct action, for the believer is a mirror to his brother
