Adel Salahi's writings include his acclaimed books Muhammad: Man and Prophet and Pioneers of Islamic Sciences, and the English translation of the eighteen-volume In the Shade of the Quran. His main career has been in broadcast and print journalism, and for more than thirty years he edited Islam in Perspective, a full-page column published twice weekly in Arab News, a Saudi daily newspaper.
