We recently added a computer to our company, and although it's a small business, it was a sensible investment. We brought in a computer programming expert, because a computer is only as effective as the software that puts the information into it.

People often refer to the 2-year-old age as the toughest years for a child, but here's the kicker: Every time a baby is born at home, there's a proud dad. Before mom and son return from the hospital, the dad goes to a sporting goods store, buys the baby a baseball bat and a football helmet, and tells all his friends that his little one proposed to the nurse before leaving the hospital. If it's a girl, she'll undoubtedly be dubbed "Miss America."

By the time the baby is three days old, the parents begin having long conversations about the smartest, most beautiful, most funny creature America has ever known.

After about two years, the child grows and develops, begins to think with some independence, and tries to express his opinions and have his voice heard by others. At that time, the parents cannot keep this little one in his usual place, and they may not necessarily like this. They begin to try to control him, because they could have dealt with him better when he was a completely obedient toddler. This happens in every home where the parents face some doubts about their abilities and some problems with their self-image.
