This book is divided into five parts, discussing resilience and influence throughout its chapters. I know you'll want to instill resilience in your company (and how to do so is explained in Chapter 11). Airlines have understood this, urging passengers to 'put on their own oxygen mask first' even before children. Because if you can't help yourself first, you won't be able to help those with you, and the inevitable outcome will be everyone's collapse. I always argue that the most crucial skill in leadership is maintaining your energy to lead others, especially since the more difficulties you face, the higher the expectations for you to rescue the situation. The themes of this book revolve around balancing managing and leading others (Chapter 1); the ability to succeed beyond merely trying to survive and maintain your leadership role (Chapter 2); and having enough confidence to show your vulnerabilities (Chapter 4). Achieving all of this is both an art and a science, which is why Chapter 3 explains the scientific basis of positive leadership. As a leader, you can only influence others. Leadership is nothing more or less than influence. You are a role model, and people will judge you by your actions, behavior, speech, and way of thinking to decide whether to follow or trust you. Your team is a reflection of you, and your personality and decisions are mirrored by its members; therefore, it is important to use your power wisely, with sound perspective, and compassion.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
