There are many books on library shelves that claim they will make you confident enough to become a brain surgeon or an astronaut in six weeks. This book is not one of them. The goal of this book is to explore confidence and explain its true meaning. In the process of this exploration, you will discover aspects of your own confidence and learn ways to improve it. The chapters of the book are arranged to guide you through this exploration. First, we will look at what confidence is and at ways to specifically assess your confidence; then we will look at the different components and how changing them can improve your confidence; then we will explore the role confidence plays in our daily lives. I have worked as a therapist for twenty years, and I have seen thousands of clients in my practice. Regardless of the problem that led them to seek my advice, a lack of confidence and low self-esteem were always present in their attitudes and behaviors. What I will write in the pages of this book is my perspective on the matter. I am more rational than emotional, so the facts I will present will be analytical in nature rather than emotional. I have used the extensive data I gathered from my clients and also from myself, as I believe that clients and therapists are cut from the same cloth.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
