The Impact Voice

This book arose from observing and addressing the problems and questions of clients who wanted to develop their voices over ten years and more of coaching. Over the years, I developed expertise in diagnosing the nature of errors in how people speak, and I was generally successful in helping them to speak more effectively. But making them aware of the problem and helping them know what to do about it didn't always work. While working with people, I realized that when I taught them the required movement techniques for different parts of the body to improve their speaking skills, some became more shy and reserved, not less, and therefore did not improve as much as needed.
