The common understanding of feeling calm is that it involves a sense of tranquility; the presence of comfortable emotions, and the absence (or non-response to) disturbing emotions. It is a beautiful personal state, a nature triggered by our perception of internal and external experiences, shaped by our thoughts, emotions, bodies (our physiological state), and behaviors. The feeling of calm is associated with feelings of peace and serenity—free from turmoil or disturbance. When we feel calm, we do not dwell on worrying thoughts about the future, overthink the past, or strive for more in the current time and place. Feeling calm means living fully in the present moment without reaction, judgment, or sensation, and this feeling gives the mind and body the much-needed rest from the pressures of daily life in our modern world. When we feel calm, this feeling is linked to the parasympathetic nervous system: a part of our body's autonomic nervous system, which regulates automatic and unconscious physical functions. The parasympathetic (calm) nervous system enables us to rest, digest food, recover, relax, and calm stress-generating responses, and it also positively affects our thoughts and increases feelings of joy and love. Many reliable studies have shown that frequent feelings of calmness and physical relaxation are associated with psychological comfort and good physical health. So, it is easy to see why feelings of calmness are considered gentle and desirable by many people.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
