The truth is that you are already a proven success story, regardless of how you feel. From a young age, you have achieved things, but many of these successes have been buried in your memory. It’s easy to feel out of place because of the overwhelming tasks you have to accomplish. When you look back at your life, consider the vast number of achievements and awards you have earned and collected. If you review sports history, you'll find many stories that show that to be a winner, you have to feel like a winner – and success breeds success. Your task now is to leverage some of your past successes, invest some time in encouraging yourself, and recall some moments of pride from your history, regardless of the time period you wish to remember. At some point in your life, tasks like walking, tying shoes, and writing in cursive seemed impossible. Since then, you have achieved abundant successes and wonderful victories, but often you forget to notice what you have succeeded in as well. Before writing this book, I made a list of over 200 specific business initiatives or "great" ideas where I achieved great success. When I finished, my confidence in my ability to write this book significantly increased.
