How to Use This Book We have divided the book into three parts: 1. What does true strength mean to you? 2. What prevents you from regaining your balance or overcoming what you have faced? 3. How can you acquire true strength? The first part will give you an overview of our culture's interpretations – modern and non-modern – of true strength. We will invite you to see all the different ways we define it – in Psychologies Magazine – and encourage you to decide which parts of this list of definitions resonate most with you, in order to choose and define your own definition, or at least decide which aspect of true strength you want to work on more. In the second part, we will help you understand the obstacles you may face that might prevent you from feeling truly stronger. We will explore whether some people are naturally more resilient than others, what skills and qualities they possess that you can learn, and how to learn them. There is also a section on "strength thieves," which are common pitfalls we fall into that rob us of our ability to be resilient. In the third part, we provide you with real techniques and actual treatments used by professionals that will help you enhance strength and resilience in the most supportive and sustainable ways possible. We aim for these practical steps to be something you have acquired and will stay with you throughout your life. However, we don't want you to wait until the last part of the book to get practical help; therefore, throughout the book, you will find tips that can be tried to start feeling better and stronger immediately.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
