The term "El" has emerged as a potential concept to explain variation in behavior that is not measured by traditional measures of personality traits, or by general academic intelligence (commonly known as IQ).
The aim of this book is to enable aspiring and novice managers to gain confidence in the key areas affected by emotional intelligence in all areas of life, whether they work in business or the public and voluntary sectors.
The book's chapters are divided into days, and the content of each chapter builds on the days preceding it. The book's structure consists of the following:

Thursday: Learn how to detect and diagnose changes in your organization so you can effect change, manage challenging times, and gain more momentum.
Friday: Learn how to create a new emotional culture, create a learning environment, and spark the spirit of coaching.
Saturday: Learn how to design a successful self-development plan.
