Here is a new edition, which I address to you, my Muslim sister, hoping to God Almighty that it will benefit you.
I address to you this small letter, in its great size, with the guidance and advice it contains.
Advice is the pillar of religion. In “Sahih Muslim” and “Bukhari” with a chain of transmission traceable to the Prophet, on the authority of Abu Ruqayyah Tamim al-Dari, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Religion is advice.” We said: “To whom, O Messenger of God?” He said: “To God, His Book, His Messenger, the leaders of the Muslims, and the general public.”
The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, pledged allegiance to Jarir ibn Abdullah to establish prayer, pay zakat, and advise every Muslim. Narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah, may God be pleased with him.
Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak was asked, “Which deed is best?” He said, “Advice for the sake of Allah.” The reference for Ibn al-Mubarak’s work is: “Jami’ al-Ulum wa al-Hikam,” p. 80.
That's why I wanted to offer this advice to my sisters in God.
My work in this message recently has been to revise and expand it a little, and I ask God Almighty to make it in the balance of my good deeds, and to benefit from it, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
