In addition, the teaching profession's code of ethics prepares all school members to embody the requirements of the educational personality desired in the quality system.
The book also clarifies the five basic functions of school administration: planning, organizing, monitoring, directing, and evaluating. It then presents some basic leadership skills for the school principal: delegation, motivation, team building, problem solving, decision-making, and administrative writing. It also explains the forms of professional development required in the field. It details the powers of the school principal granted to them by the Ministry of Education. In addition, it explains the job performance evaluation, its objectives, sources, and procedures based on the ministerial procedural manual for the school. It also includes a model competency evaluation form and a model self-evaluation for the school principal to help provide feedback to the principal on his/her performance based on the reality of school work.
In conclusion, the book explains the means and conditions of security and safety in all school building facilities.
