This was followed by successive stops that addressed an overview of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 for developing education, then the principles of quality management to transform the traditional school into a quality school. The book then addressed extremely important matters that must be understood and diligently strived to achieve, as they are the main pillars of educational work in accordance with what the Kingdom's leadership aims to achieve, namely the education policy in the Kingdom, its goals and objectives, which are detailed according to the educational stage. In addition, the teaching profession's code of ethics prepares all school members to embody the requirements of the educational personality desired in the quality system.

The book also clarifies the five basic functions of school administration: planning, organizing, monitoring, directing, and evaluating. It then presents some basic leadership skills for the school principal: delegation, motivation, team building, problem solving, decision-making, and administrative writing. It also explains the forms of professional development required in the field. It details the powers of the school principal granted to them by the Ministry of Education. In addition, it explains the job performance evaluation, its objectives, sources, and procedures based on the ministerial procedural manual for the school. It also includes a model competency evaluation form and a model self-evaluation for the school principal to help provide feedback to the principal on his/her performance based on the reality of school work.
