xI'm from a village called Hawara, where the stars are countless. Our parents warned us as children not to stare at them, lest warts grow on our skin. As for me, I would get lost in counting them... There, the sky was close, and the people of the village, both good and bad, felt they were its children, without boasting... Hawara is the place of the ghoul who lives in the western cave, and the sheikh who frees the captive and heals the sick. Hawara is the scent of grass clinging to my father's chest... Hawara is the wheat, the trees, the rain, the lightning, and my mother's jasmine. But I was snatched from that paradise and imprisoned! In prison, I experienced the worst kinds of living, but life was always, for me, worth fighting for. I claim that prison is a true teacher, who taught me, without introduction, to engage with a vast world full of angels and demons, and guided me to the question of freedom. Now and always we are going to that world we do not know... We were created in this life with many shortcomings that we must complete with our own efforts... with our own stories.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 4 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply send Email or contact us via WhatsApp number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
