Translation and Proofreading of the Holy Quran in Latin Letters Dar Al Salam

Reading the Arabic text of Quranic verses correctly is of utmost importance to every Muslim, as the meanings of Arabic words change with slight changes in diacritics.

Therefore, to assist readers and reciters who are not familiar with the Arabic language or cannot read Arabic, Dar Al Salam has prepared this edition of the Holy Quran with the inclusion of the phonetic translation of the Holy Verses along with their translation.

This interpretation of the meanings of the Holy Quran has been modified and the following changes have been made to it:

1. Each verse is placed separately with its English explanation.

2. The Arabic text of the Holy Qur’an was taken from the Madinah Mushaf printed by the King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Complex for the Printing of the Holy Qur’an in 1405 AH, upon the directives of the Vice President of the Islamic University. This was taken to replace the old Arabic text of the previous edition of this book, which was printed in the United States and Turkey by the Turkish calligrapher Sheikh Hamid Al-Amidi.

3. There are some additions and deletions to the surahs and hadiths from Sahih al-Bukhari and other hadith collections.

4. Some additions, corrections, and amendments have been made to improve the English translation and make the English interpretation as close as possible to the correct and accurate meanings of the Arabic text.

5. Another column has been added to this special edition of the Tafsir Ma'ani al-Quran al-Karim, providing readers with the literal translation of the Arabic verses along with their translations.

We hope that readers will be able to recite the verses more correctly by using the audio translation.
