Diwan of Ibn Arabi

The "Great Diwan" that we are about to read is one of the masterpieces of human thought, and a unique work in Sufi poetry in general, and Islamic poetry in particular. It is the essence of the work of the greatest sheikh, Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi. If its reader contemplates it, he will not cease moving from one benefit to another. It brings together his various opinions and theories, encompassing almost everything mentioned in his other works. He deposited in it the fruits of his study and research, and recorded in it the most wonderful verses that reassured his soul and settled his opinion. He presented the views of the Sufis, and addressed the various problems of esoteric thought in Islam in general. It resembles a cultural and spiritual encyclopedia: he recorded in it science, philosophy, exegesis, hadith, literature, behavior, jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence, Quranic sciences, contemplations, revelations, and muwashshahat.
