Obesity, its causes, risks, and treatment are often associated with mystery.
It is no secret to say:
Obesity is a deadly disease that causes a decrease in an individual's average life expectancy.
As well as many diseases that may lead to death - God forbid - due to the close link between excess body weight and these diseases.
If we delve into the types of obesity and ways to treat it, we find that most of what people talk about
It is nothing but a diet or exercise program.
And weight loss interventions..
It is not an effective treatment for obesity.
I am not revealing a secret to you when I say here:
The real treatment for obesity is behavior modification and lifestyle change.
A word that is often repeated these days
Of course it's not magic or just talk.
