Egyptian memories

Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi

Al Qasimi Publications, a book by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, has published "Egyptian Memories." This is His Highness's 90th publication in a series of works covering various fields of knowledge: history, research, biography, literature, and theater.

The book is a collection of events related to Egypt and its people, including cherished memories. In it, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi recounts the events he experienced and the situations he encountered with loyalty and the memory of his pen, out of loyalty to Egypt and to highlight its importance to him. He recounts these events in a wonderful narrative style, tinged with sincere feelings and emotions.

His Highness says in the introduction to the book: “I was asked by my friends in Egypt to write about my memories of Egypt, so I chose what my soul and inner strength were saturated with, namely conscience, to formulate it into Egyptian memories.”

These memoirs reveal the many development and scientific projects that His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi envisioned, and which later became a reality, thanks to his great determination, resolve, and perseverance. They also tell the story of how these projects progressed through the stages of planning and implementation, followed by the reaping of the fruits.
