Dear reader, I am honored to have in your hands a book that tells the story of my entire life, including harsh experiences that were not without failures at times and successes at many more times. From a small village where I spent most of my time playing, climbing trees, and swimming in the Nile, until I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Khartoum, the Faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of London, and the Faculty of Medicine at Harvard University, which is the first university in the world because the competition is global after difficult entrance exams.

Throughout my studies at these universities, I don't claim to have been the smartest student, but without a doubt I was a diligent and hardworking student, and the pleasures of life did not distract me.

Yes, there was anxiety and tension, and there was success and failure, but thanks to my will and determination, after God Almighty, I was able to excel.

This book tells the story of my life and how I excelled. It discusses exams and preparing for them, life goals, failure and its causes, success and how to achieve it, anxiety and stress in working life and how to get rid of them. I assure the reader that if he follows the same approach, he will excel in any field he wants to specialize in. All he has to do is defeat despair and seek God’s help.
