"Within Us" may be the book that speaks to everyone who is going through difficult life experiences. The main character in the short story is anonymous; the character is "she," and therefore the book is about her. The short story includes partial events from her life, along with deep philosophical reflections on these events, using simple and basic concepts and philosophies. The story may be a similar experience that happens to anyone in this life, especially girls who are going through difficult times. The book describes the constant struggle between what we carry inside and what we encounter in life. It also describes what is within our control and ability, or within our reach; and what is beyond our control and ability, or beyond our scope.
