Here I left my heart

Here I Left My Heart, a novel whose events were inspired by my journey into the hearts of the fathers and grandfathers I met while searching for the features of the human being who conquered the impossible and defied the harshness of life so that the children and grandchildren could enjoy life under the shadow of unity and live in comfort and reassurance. Pearls of memory are a gift wrapped in love given to me by the fathers and grandfathers I know and whom I got to know in order to write the history of the Emirati people, starting from the capital of goodness, Abu Dhabi, passing through all our beloved emirates, arriving at Ras Al Khaimah, where my husband’s grandmother was one of the people I met, and she insisted on perfumed our last meeting in this world with these words: “And who does not love him? Sheikh Zayed is our joy and the secret of our happiness after God Almighty.”
