Beauty Cafe... An attempt to understand life

Beauty Cafe:
Human life is not without its many ups and downs...the passing of a loved one, deteriorating health, loss of money, loss of a position...but despite all of that, we must keep going, be optimistic, smile, and look to the future with eyes full of hope.
We must hold on to moments of joy and cling to them tightly. In my opinion, holding on to moments of joy is more beneficial than forgetting sadness. The heart is an open space for all feelings. If joy occupies it, it becomes narrow with sadness, and if sadness occupies it, it becomes narrow with joy.
What we must be most wary of are moments of depression, for they eat away at our lives without stopping, eating, eating, eating until they lead us to fade away. We are not alive because we wake up every morning, breathe, eat, and walk. We are alive for other reasons, deeper and more connected to the essence of life. We are alive because the passion is still within us, the passion to explore more in our lives, more that we do not know, but know we need.
