Balance is a universal principle and a human requirement:
Man lives this life constantly striving to satisfy his motives and needs in order to achieve them. Man is a being who is constantly searching for happiness, stability, and security, and constantly searching for his psychological needs. There is no doubt that man is dazzled by everything new that coincides with the wheel of life, its speed, and the drive to keep up with it, specifically that which targets his interests and happiness.
Man is always eager to compete, aspire, challenge and strive for life in different ways and means with the aim of quickly reaching the best, most excellent and most complete in one way or another in order to achieve the desired happiness which never ends but rather he remains searching for it and striving for it until the end of life. If this indicates anything, it may indicate that the wheel of life is characterised by stability but it is constantly changing with the fluctuation of circumstances and conditions and the changing and renewed interests of man which suit in every age his needs and requirements.
We live in a time of speed and time is measured by the second. Our journey in life has become obsessions, desires, competition and challenges. We strive to achieve our desire to fulfill ourselves and then for our world. It happens that we overdo it and exhaust ourselves, so we lose the present moment.
In the midst of daily concerns, the abundance of distractions, the lack of time, the rush that drains energy and exhausts feelings, the demands of the age, in addition to the scientific revolution, technology and its uses that have brought about rapid leaps and many changes in our lives, the uses of which have diversified, the duties, obligations, laws, restrictions, various daily activities and burdens on our shoulders have increased, in our family and social relationships and our relationships with those around us and those far away that bind us together, whether they are human, fraternal, international, customary, legal, doctrinal and others that are based on human interaction and integration.
