Mother of projects

A collection of humorous stories that tell the story of “Mother of Projects,” the title given to Mrs. Maryam after she successfully entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the owner of the highest number of failed projects, which was the reason for putting her husband, Khaled, on the brink of bankruptcy.

The heroine of the story (Maryam) is a woman in her forties who was struck by the fever of home projects after she retired from teaching, so she started to turn everything that came her way into a project without paying attention to the proper procedures and the necessary permits from the state. Despite her husband (Khaled) standing against her failed projects and his desperate attempts to stop the disaster, the end always came with them visiting the police station and then paying numerous fines and writing hundreds of pledges.

The collection of short stories addresses the problem of home projects and the importance of following the legal regulations set by the UAE so that the project is carried out properly and achieves tangible results without causing harm to oneself or others.
