Is this love?
Love between people, my little one, no matter what I say, I cannot find anything to describe it. Long ago, the Sheikh of Lovers, Jalaluddin Rumi, said: “Even if I praised love in a hundred thousand languages, its beauty would still be greater than all these murmurs.”
I always see that like dreams, it suddenly surprises us whenever it pleases, without an appointment, snatches us away from the harshness of our days, takes us and soars with us, takes our breath away without mercy, opens the doors of heaven to embrace us, and life is kind to us a little; revealing to us a softness we have not known from it, love gives us a captivating glow that illuminates the dark dungeons in our souls, and inflames our feelings, so they sway to the tunes of infatuation, our hearts soften, and we compose the sweetest verses of love, we go and sing with the birds and soar with our souls in its sky without restriction, we only wish to never wake up. But in vain of course, for just as it came, it will suddenly leave. We will inevitably wake up one day to the voice of solitude calling us. Nothing remains of the most beautiful dream except some memories to console us.
