Sometimes our desires push us to believe what we want and refute what bothers us without realizing it.

When we find someone we like who does not make eye contact with us, we say that he is shy.

But when we find someone who we do not mind being around in the same situation, we say that he is not confident in himself.

Thus, we use double standards, interpreting one action in two different ways.

We find justifications for everything that happens in front of us that suit our whims, and the body language expert may fall into the clutches of injustice.

Because of these subconscious motivations, we have put techniques for this skill in a philosophical framework.

It helps the reader to read what is around him logically, as philosophy is not ideas that transcend reality.

Which encourages people to think before making judgments, to formulate questions rather than confirm answers;

But the most important question remains: can we deal with the truth?
