Arsène Lupin vs. Herlock Sholms

The first story: The Blonde Lady
Mr. Garboa buys an office for his daughter, Susan, who is very happy with it. Mr. Garboa places a lottery ticket in the office, and hours later discovers that the office has been robbed. Garboa wins the lottery, but the ticket is in the stolen office. It later emerges that Arsène Lupin is the one who robbed the office. He offers Garboa a deal: he will return the office and the lottery ticket to him on the condition that he split the lottery prize with him, which the latter refuses. To increase the pressure on Garboa, Lupin kidnaps Susan. At the same time, news of Mr. Autrac's death spreads, and the famous British detective, Herlock Sholmes, arrives in France to investigate the incident. A confrontation ensues between Lupin and Sholmes.

The second story: The Jewish menorah
Schulz receives a letter from Baron Empelval, asking for help in recovering a stolen candelabrum. Schulz, in turn, receives a letter from Lupin, warning him not to interfere in the case. This only makes Schulz even more determined, and he decides to go to France with his assistant Wilson. Upon his arrival in France, Schulz receives another warning to stay away from the case. The famous British detective sets to work, only to discover that Empelval himself is conspiring with Lupin, and that he staged the theft to pay off outstanding debts.
