This thesis aims to demonstrate the coherence and harmony between the evidence of Sharia and its objectives, which has a profound impact on arriving at true objectives that address contemporary problems with a ray of light from the message. The first chapter was an introduction to the study of objectives, in which the author began by defining the objectives of Islamic Sharia and explaining the history of objectives. He then moved on to prove the objectives of Sharia and the methods of knowing them, by proving that the Lawgiver has objectives in rulings, and explaining the methods of knowing objectives. Then, he explained the divisions of objectives based on various considerations in the third chapter, then explained the characteristics of objectives and their rules, and then explained the relationship of objectives to evidence, both agreed upon and disputed.
