A person whose mind has ravaged him with depression, anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, and chronic distraction. This book is the product of a bitter experience. It contains the rules of my realistic therapy methodology, and in it , you will find a direct path to self-liberation from someone who knows well what you are going through through experience. How I wish that what is written in this book was taught in schools, or that I could go back in time and present it to my mother and father so that they might provide me with the real weapons I need to confront my mind. I warn you with all love that you will not be the same again when you finish reading. The fog of illusion you have lived will lift, and you will know the true path to liberation from all the pain you have endured in your psychological struggle. And remember that despite this difficult path, it will lead you by the hand to true freedom.
