Leadership is a broad concept and an urgent need, yet we still need to practice it daily. It is not only practiced in organizations, but in all aspects of life. There are two sides to the equation: the influencer and the influenced. Almost all of us practice both sides based on the place, the circumstance, and the need. The importance of leadership lies in the fact that when we need to play the role of the influencer, we will be surprised that we do not have the necessary leadership tools, and our inability to practice it, and that we have become influenced because someone else has taken on the role of the influencer on us.
The book, Thoughts on Leadership, is a daily book that addresses the leadership aspects of us, whether at work, at home, in our meetings with others, or in our travels to different places. The reader has the freedom to read this book in his or her own way (in terms of beginning and end) and then draw lessons in leadership and influence.
