There is always a saving idea from a sound mind, and there is always a brave heart to execute it, and a great pen to record it, making human civilization a series of stations linked to pivotal human names in change. And because humans are complex beings by nature, their civilization was inherently complex, oscillating between constructive and destructive actions. A noble idea can transform into a despicable act stemming from human exploitation of power, desire, and infinite entitlement, leading to ruin and destruction. Yet, the inspiring human idea remains, and the moment a mind believes it is a true moment of change. Consequently, that idea represented a new stage of development and progress. Regardless of the antiquity of a human idea, humans have always been able to theorize it in a way suitable for the human era and its variables. It is certain that the idea of freedom is one of the oldest human ideas, but when we mention it, we will recall John Stuart Mill's theorization of it, and his writings served as a true human constitution, regardless of societies and races. It is also certain that humans have always been preoccupied with their origin and the origin of things, and without any ancient writings about human questions, we will all be sure that this idea came to cavemen: How do things develop? And why do some creatures resemble each other and why do they differ? Until Darwin came to re-frame these questions more systematically and propose the most famous theory, perhaps to answer them. And when Karl Marx thought of the unity of the world's workers and redressing the injustice inflicted upon them, and his constant call for socialism, which was later named after him, was Marx the first human to resist or preach a new call? Did Karl Marx expect the world to be divided and states to be founded based on his Communist Manifesto? Did that human mind expect the impact of his ideas to extend to various human sciences, including religion, history, and economics? Dostoevsky was not the first writer or the first novelist in history, but he was the writer destined to write the deepest aspects of the human soul, to write about humanity with such honesty that he discovered aspects of human psychology before it was a science. Many great novelists preceded Dostoevsky and many followed him, but he remained alone as the central gem of the human novel, to the point where discovering reading him is described as the moment of first love in a person's life? And while the theory that lightning never strikes the same place twice is confirmed, Tolstoy's presence in Russia proves the opposite. For two minds of such caliber to exist in the same era and the same society, and for both to be pivotal figures in the history of literature, ensured a different and complementary perspective on what humans think. Despite the differences in their issues and styles, it contributed to a broader understanding.
