I don't claim that these lines are an introduction to my dear brother "Abu Al-Yazia's" book, as he is more knowledgeable than me, more experienced, more cultured, and most importantly, he has traveled the most, traveling around the world, east and west. Therefore, I will consider what I will write here as a contribution to what he has recorded, and I hope that it will be a breath of fresh air that will comfort the reader or put a smile on his face.
Dear reader, you will find a lot of important and “frank” advice in this beautiful book, and I add two pieces of advice, the first of which is to always pay attention to the small details. Try during your travels to pay attention to everything in the place you are visiting: the colors of the buildings, the shapes of the gates, the types of trees and where they are planted, the laughter of children, the smell of fresh bread, the coolness of the breeze, the smell of perfume that is placed at the entrance of the hotel, the features of the faces and the absent looks of the passers-by around you. This is what gives travel another pleasure that is not known to those who do not understand travel except for the airport, the hotel, the luxurious complexes and Starbucks cafes.
