The Nakba of Palestine did not begin in 1948, but rather it began politically more than two hundred years ago, when the walls of Acre proved too difficult for Napoleon Bonaparte, so his colonial thinking turned to creating a functional entity that would work for the benefit of France against the Arabs and against the expansion of Britain.

This book explores the roots of the Zionist movement from its inception by Bonaparte in France, its adoption by Herzl, and its subsequent patronage by Britain, which brought to power figures such as Rothschild, Sykes, Balfour, Herbert Samuel, and others. It traces the movement through the beginnings of Jewish immigration and settlement in Palestine, the clashes between them and the local population that led to major Palestinian uprisings against them, such as the Buraq Uprising and the 1936 Revolt, and finally, the establishment of Israel by the United States, marking the beginning of a dangerous phase in the history of the Arab region, the Islamic world, and indeed, the entire world.
