A historical novel that covers the final period of Fatimid rule in Egypt. Its events revolve around the intrigues and plots hatched within the Fatimid palace in Cairo. The novel's characters resort to deception, revenge, and vengeance, as was the case with Abu Kazim al-Harrani, who plotted revenge against Ammarah ibn Zaydan, or the plot of Shawar, the governor of Qus, to monopolize the kingdom of Egypt.
The novel also witnesses the Lady of the Palaces plotting to eliminate everyone who tried to usurp her power throughout the novel, starting with her attempt to eliminate Ibn Ruzzik and get rid of Shawar, and ending with her planning with Amara and her secret group to enlist the help of the Ismailis and the Franks to eliminate Saladin, until their plot was discovered and both of them met their deaths.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
