The Pearls of Tajweed: What is not found in the Glorious Qur’an The Qur’an is the miraculous word of God, revealed to the worlds to be a radiant lamp. Islamic scholars have gathered around it, drawing from its inexhaustible source. The rules of Tajweed have ignited the minds of a group of them. Some of them have addressed them as foundations, while others have addressed them in terms of poetry, explanation, and analysis. They acknowledge that the Qur’an does not become obsolete due to repetition. The book before us represents a different perspective from those of its predecessors on the rules of Tajweed. The author has focused on rules not found in the Qur’an, either because they fall outside the standard Tajweed criterion or because they are too heavy. All of this was done by way of allusion and presentation, not by way of investigation, investigation, or elaboration.
