Deposit and a very unfortunate accident

In this issue of Al Hilal Novels, there are two of the author's most creative short stories: "The Deposit" and "A Very Unfortunate Incident." "The Deposit" is a unique example of internal dialogue and psychological analysis. Dostoevsky says that it follows a unique style preceded only by Victor Hugo in his great work "Thoughts of a Condemned Man." At the height of the tragedy, the hero recalls the stages of his relationship with his bride, who committed suicide, her body still lying in front of him. He analyzes this frenzied relationship, pulled between two poles: violent love and the desire for control, and how this relationship became a torment and a hell of contradiction that ended with the suicide of the docile, arrogant girl. "A Very Unfortunate Incident" is also a unique style of psychological analysis and satirical depiction of the contradiction in which a young aristocrat fell, wanting to practice what he thought was the ultimate in democracy, which led to the most astonishing situations and the most dire consequences.
