The sun rises on one of the Latin American capitals, sending its first rays towards those concrete blocks. Morning messages compete, each one sharpening its resolve to monopolize the most splendid and wonderful reflection. It seems that the victory was for the one who won the magnificent and imposing building located directly on the waterfront of that capital. The Risale-i Nur messages that had just arrived began to reflect on the vast windows of the palace of government in that country. Curiosity drives some other beams of light to penetrate further and try to infiltrate the corridors of that building fortified by a complex security system, concrete barriers and iron gates monitored by dozens of piercing eyes, armed security personnel and strict checkpoints. No wonder it is impossible to enter here even for the Risale-i Nur messages.
